Offered in a choice of Sterling Silver or a variety of 9ct and 18ct gold options, your Phoenix by Vaughtons piece can be as luxurious as you desire. 

Due to the nature of our pieces and the time taken to create them, we are unable to offer refunds on non-faulty products once production has begun. 

Upon purchase, you will have a cooling-off period while we send your Welcome Pack and refunds can be given during this time. Once the pack has been returned, production will begin on your jewellery. 

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery, please contact us immediately and we will work to rectify the problem.

Of course, if you are still not satisfied with your jewellery, we will offer a full refund. 

All of our products are sent via secure couriers and are insured to the full price of your order. Prices vary according to the value of your purchase. 

Alternatively, we welcome you to our Vaughtons workshop to collect your memorial jewellery directly from the artisans who created it.

If you choose this option at checkout, we will email a notification as soon as your jewellery is finished and ready to be collected. 

Upon purchase, you will be sent a Phoenix by Vaughtons Welcome Pack, which includes everything you'll need to complete your order, including a spoon and vial for the ashes, plus a ring sizer and instructions. 

Please follow these instructions and return your pack to us. Our artisans will then begin the creation of your jewellery.
